O R D E R

Delay in filing substitution application is condoned.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that there are two

petitioners in this Special Leave Petition. The first petitioner

is the mother of second petitioner. The first petitioner died on

17.12.2015 and the death certificate is annexed with the

application. In this application, the second petitioner is the

only legal representative of the deceased first petitioner and

it is declared as such.

The applications are allowed, accordingly.
