No.7164/2013, the description of the respondent in

the cause-title i.e., ‘MOHAN BREWARIES AND

DISTRILLERIES LIMITED’, be read as ‘MOHAN BREWERIES

AND DISTILLERIES LIMITED’ and also the Act referred

to in paragraph 2 of the judgment i.e., 'SECTION 7-A

OF THE TAMIL NADU GENERAL SALES TAX, 1959' be read as

‘SECTION 7-A OF THE TAMIL NADU GENERAL SALES TAX ACT,

1959'.

Judgment dated 29th June, 2020 is corrected to

the above extent only.
