Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The appellant has been ordered to be released on bail

by this Court in connection with FIR No. 04 of 2019 on

10.08.2021. That bail application (Criminal Misc. Bail

Application No. 27990 of 2020) was considered by the High

Court along with present bail application (Criminal Misc.

Bail Application No. 27931 of 2020) and decided together

vide order dated 26.11.2020.

Since this Court had already granted bail to the

appellant vide order dated 10.08.2021 in connection with

the other offence referred to above, the appellant is

ordered to be released on bail on the same terms in

connection with Case Crime No. 594 of 2019 pertaining to

offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of Indian

Penal Code and Section 12(1A) of Passport Act, 1967

registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District

Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.

The statement of the informant must be recorded

within four weeks. We are informed that the discharge

application is also pending. The same be disposed of

within the said period. In view of the peculiar facts,

we further direct that, if required, the discharge

application may be proceeded independently.

We are informed that the discharge application in

another case has been dismissed and the accused have

preferred revisions before the High Court against the

orders passed. The Trial Court need not wait for the

orders of the High Court in the said matters.

As regards, the issue of clubbing of offences, it

will be open to both sides to move appropriate

application before the competent Court, which can be

considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The appeal stands disposed of in the above terms.
