O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-

wife seeking transfer of Application No. 681 of 2020 titled as

“Piyush Ralhan vs. Radhika Virmani” pending before the Family

Court No. 1, Kota, Rajasthan to Family Court at Indore, Madhya

Pradesh.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The respondent goes unrepresented.

On considering the facts and circumstances on the basis

of which the petitioner seeks transfer of the cases, we are

satisfied that it would be expedient for the ends of justice

in transferring the subject case to the Court asked for by the

petitioner.

We order accordingly.

The records shall be sent to the transferee Court and the

Family Court at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall proceed in the

matter from the stage at which the said case is transferred to

the said Court.
