Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that in terms

of the Arbitration Clause, a panel of three arbitrators had to be

appointed whereas the impugned order made the appointment of only

one arbitrator, to deal with the claim raised by the respondent.

3.

If such be the position, the petitioner may approach the

High Court seeking review of the impugned order, dated 02.01.2017.

4.

The instant petition stands disposed of, in the above

terms.
