UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

It is pointed out that the incident is of the

year 1977. The petitioner was acquited in the year

1982. Now, the High Court has reversed the findings

and convicted the petitioner under Section 304 Part II

IPC and sentenced him to undergo imprisonment for 5

years. It is further submitted that since 1977, the

petitioner has been on bail.

In the above circumstances, exemption from

surrendering is granted. However, the SLP be posted

before the Court for admission immediately.
