JUDGEMENT

The petitioner is a Multi-System Operator(MSO). The respondent is a society of Cable operators.
2. The petittioner executed a subscription agreement on or about 01.08.2008 with the respondent for a period of three years. Under the said agreement, the respondent was to pay a sum of Rs. 8 lakhs per month inlcluding taxes. At the time of execution of the agreement, the petititoner paid an advance sum of Rs. 28.70 lakhs to the respondent for upgrading its cable network.
