Introduction
[1] This judgment concerns a commercial dispute arising from allegations of conspiracy, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duties following the mass resignation of key employees from a company engaged in the grease trap manufacturing and servicing business. The plaintiff company claimed that its former employees, while still in its employment, systematically conspired to establish competing businesses and unlawfully diverted customers and business opportunities to these rival entities.
