[1] This is the Defendant's Application in encl 31 dated 23 October 2024 pursuant to O 4 r 1, O 34 r 1(1)(b) O 57 r 1, and/or O 92 r 4 of the Rules of Court 2012 for the following prayers:
(a) that Civil Suit No: WA-23NCvC-31-04/2022 (Suit 31) is transferred and heard/tried separately from Civil Suit No: WA-23NCvC-22-03/2022 (Suit 22);
(b) that Civil Suit No: WA-23NCvC-23-03/2022 (Suit 23) is transferred and heard/tried separately from Suit 22;
(c) that the costs of this application shall be borne by the Plaintiffs; and
(d) such other order or relief that this Court deems fit and proper.
