[1] The First Accused, Leilanie Calitz and the Second Accused Terblanche Milicent Catherine were charged for drug trafficking respectively as follows:

Charge against the First Accused

"Bahawa kamu pada 24 November 2014, jam lebih kurang 8.45 malam, di Balai Ketibaan Lapangan Antarabangsa Pulau Pinang, di dalam Daerah Barat Daya, dalam Negeri Pulau Pinang, telah didapati mengedar dadah berbahaya iaitu Methamphetamine seberat 2,290 gram, dan dengan itu kamu telah melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah s 39B(1)(a) (2) Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 yang boleh dihukum di bawah s 39B(2) Akta yang sama."
