JUDGMENT
Introduction
[1] This is a writ action, for which the plaintiff has also applied for an interim injunction. The defendant on the other hand filed a counterclaim and applied for the main suit to be dealt with under O 14A of the Rules of 2012. I answered the two questions formulated for that purpose in favour of the defendant and dismissed the main claim.
[2] This judgment contains the full reasons for my decisions in respect of the application for interim injunction and the determination of the O 14A questions.

[3] The plaintiff company is involved in the business of managing co-working space, shared office, event spaces, meeting rooms and cafe services in various locations throughout Klang Valley. Its customers would use the co-working space provided by the plaintiff. In other words, the plaintiff would sub-lease such spaces to various sub-tenants. The defendant is the owner of a property known as Menara Ken TTDI in Kuala Lumpur.
