[1] Tuntutan Plaintif terhadap Defendan-Defendant adalah berasaskan tort fitnah yang didakwa terdapat dalam surat bertarikh 11 Mac 2009 yang telah ditandatangani oleh Defendan Pertama menggunakan kepala surat Defendant Kedua.
[2] Penghakiman Ingkar Kehadiran telah dimasukkan terhadap Defendan Pertama pada 1 Disember 2010 dan sehingga tarikh perbicaraan Plaintif belum menyerah dan/atau menguatkuasakan Perintah tersebut atas alasan menunggu sehingga kes ini selesai.
