Introduction
[1] I had dismissed the plaintiff's Originating Summons application for Pre-Action discovery pursuant to O 24 r 7A(1) of the Rules of Court 2012 on 18 August 2023 with costs of RM5,000 to the 1st defendant subject to allocatur.
