[1] Ini adalah satu permohonan semakan kehakiman oleh pemohon, Sun Haotian terhadap keputusan responden-responden untuk menahan pemohon dengan tujuan pengusiran dari Malaysia.
Relif Yang Dipohon
[2] Dalam permohonan semakan kehakiman ini, pemohon telah memohon relif seperti berikut:
"(a) Perintah mandamus terhadap responden kedua dan ketiga untuk membebaskan pemohon daripada tahanan.
