JUDGMENT

Introduction

[1] This is a Writ of Summons (Encl 1) and Statement of Claim (Encl 2) by the Plaintiff against 3 Defendants for professional negligence.

[2] The Plaintiff seek for the following Orders:

i. A Declaratory Order that the Defendants were negligent in executing their responsibilities as solicitors in a "Sale and Purchase Agreement" dated 6 March 2015, "Supplementary Agreement" dated 22 January 2016 and "Tenancy Agreement" dated 1 February 2016;

ii. A Declaratory Order that the negligence of the Defendants has resulted in a third party ie, Jova International Sdn Bhd being registered as the lawful owner of a property known as HSM 5120 PTD 213018, Plentong Sub District, Johor Bahru District, State of Johor ("the Property") whereas the Defendants as Solicitors in the preparation / arrangement / registration of the said transfer of the property have knowledge that the Plaintiff has rights over the Property;

iii. General Damages to be paid by the Defendants jointly or severally to the Plaintiff on the loss / non acquiescence of the Property as a result of the negligence of the Defendants in executing their responsibilities as advocates and sol
