[1] This is an application via Summon-In- Chamber (Encl 26) ("the application") filed by the Petitioner Husband-("PH") seeking a committal order against the Respondent Wife ("RW") with a view for her to be committed to prison for alleged failure to comply with the interim order dated 6th June 2016 ("the said order") granted by this Court, until she purges her contempt and cost of RM10,000 to be paid to the PH within seven days from the date of the order thereof.
