[1] This is an application by the Plaintiff by way of originating summons (OS) dated 15 August 2016 (Enclosure 1) for the following orders:-

(b) inform the Plaintiff the sums payable as the appropriate premium based upon the undeveloped value of the Land and rent at the current rates to enable the Plaintiff to surrender the Lease and obtain in exchange thereof a new Lease for a term of 30 years from the date of the Plaintiff's exercise of the option pursuant to clause 7 of the Special Conditions to the Lease.
