[6] The AD dated 28 July 2009 confirmed that the initial work to be done also included variation works Under cl 3.0 and 3.1 PO, the completion period is not more than 14 days after receipt of the PO that is the work was to commence on 10 June 2009 and to be completed on 24 June 2009. The works were completed by the Plaintiff approximately 2 weeks by issuance of the 3 Work-done Certificates No 1, 2 & 3.
[7] The "Work Done Certificate No 1" was carried out by the Plaintiff on the Catofin Reactors The Certificate reflects that the Plaintiff had carried out 50% of the given works as for the certification date 24 June 2009.
[8] The "Work Done Certificate No 2" reflects the previous progress of 50% works carried out and the current progress of 50% works carried out on the Catofin Reactors bringing the total percentage amount of 100% works carried out on the said Catofin Reactors that was carried out by the Plaintiff and which was certified and verified by the Defendant.
