[1] This is the Application by Zulkifli Bin Mat Jusoh ("the 2^nd Defendant" or "Zulkifli") to set aside the Order for leave of Court granted ex parte on 15 October 2012 (vide enclosure 29) to Masila Bte Mohamed Ariff and Eveline Anne Francois Robjins ("the 3^rd and 4^th Defendants" respectively) for committal proceedings against Zulkifli.
