[1] Enclosure (1) is the Plaintiff's Application for Interim Relief in Aid of Arbitration for inter alia, the following orders:

(i) Insofar as all or any of the 6 Lots of the Sungai Sering Land (the said Land) has been alienated to the 1st Defendant by the 3rd Defendant, the 1st Defendant be restrained and an injunction be granted restraining the 1st Defendant from dealing with, re- alienating, selling otherwise disposing of all or any of the said Land, pending the full and final determination of the Arbitration against the 2nd Defendant; and

(ii) In the alternative, a declaration that the 1st Defendant is not entitled to deal with, re-alienate, sell or otherwise dispose of all or any of the said Land, pending the full and final disposal of the Arbitration against the Defendants.
