Background Facts

[1] In this action summarily, the Plaintiff's claim, amongst others, is for:-

(a) A permanent injunction to restrain the Defendants from dealing and divulging with the Plaintiff's Confidential Documents and Information;

(b) A permanent injunction to restrain the Defendants from unlawfully interfering with the Plaintiff's business and/or customers or suppliers and/or engage in any projects that are undertaken by the Plaintiff;

(c) An order that the Defendants remove and/or recover from any third parties all the documents which would infringe the foregoing injunctions or any of them;

(d) An order for full discovery of particulars where the Defendants have divulged the Plaintiff's Confidential Doc
