[1] This decision is made pursuant to an application by the 4th Defendant for specific discovery under O 24 r 7 of the Rules of 2012 ("the Rules").

[2] The specific documents that the 4th Defendant is seeking the discovery of are set out in the Schedule to its Notice of Application under Encl 70. These are:

(1) Correspondence, minutes of meetings and all other records of communications between the directors of the Plaintiff, and the external auditors of the Plaintiff in respect of the annual audit of its accounts for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017;

(2) Correspondence, minutes of meetings and all other records of communication between finance personnel at IDimension Consolidated Berhad, acting as agents or representatives of the directors of the Plaintiff, and the external auditors of the Plaintiff in respect of the annual audit of its accounts for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017; and

(3) Internal correspondence, minutes of meetings and all other records of communications between Daniel Boo Hui Siong, Stephen Ng min Lin, and Foo Mei Tee as
