Introduction

[1] This is an application by the Applicant, The Edge Communication Sdn Bhd ("the Applicant") for judicial review under O 53(3) of the Rules of 2012 ("RoC 2012") for an order for certiorari to quash the letter dated 23 July 2015 issued by the 1st Respondent which ordered the suspension of the Applicants publications, namely "The Edge" and "The Edge Financial Daily" for three (3) months from 27 July 2015.
