[1] The first, second and third Defendants on the one part and the sixth to the sixteenth Defendants on the other part filed two separate Notice of Applications Enclosures 90 and 94 respectively to strike out the Writ and Statement of Claim dated 24 June 2015 under O 18 r 19 Rules of the High 2012 (RoC 2012). I allowed the said applications. Thus this appeal by the first and second Plaintiff.
