[1] This was a claim by the plaintiff against the 1st defendant (D1) for wrongful termination of the plaintiff's Agent's Agreement dated 17 August 1999 ("Agent's Agreement") and the Agency Manager's Agreement dated 1 January 2004 ("Agency Manager's Agreement") with D1. The plaintiff's claim against the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th defendants (D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8 and D9 respectively) was based on conspiracy to cause injury to him by unlawful means namely by fabricating evidence against him causing D1 to terminate the plaintiff's Agent's and Agency Manager's Agreements with D1.
