[1] This is an application (Encl 391) by the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th respondents under s 232(1) of the Companies Act 1965 and/or the inherent jurisdiction of the court for the following orders:-
1. to remove Mr Chin Wei Teck (NRIC No 670429-10-6127) of Chin Wei Teck & Co Unit 3-1, 3rd Floor, Block B, Damai Plaza Phase IV, 88300 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah as the Liquidator of the 1st respondent;
2. that the Official Receiver be appointed as Liquidator of the 1st respondent;
3. that Mr Chin Wei Teck (NRIC No 670429-10-6127) does within one (1) month from the date of this Order lodge with the Registrar of Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), in the prescribed form and verified by statutory declaration an account of his receipts and payments and a statement of the position in the winding up of the 1st respondent for the period of 4 May 2016 to the date of this o
