[1] The plaintiff is the concession company of the West Coast Expressway filed these Originating Summonses seeking extension of time to file the objection (Form N) in respect of three separate land enquiries pursuant to subsections 38(4) and (6) of the Land Acquisition Act 1960 ("Act"). Having heard the applications together, I dismissed them. The plaintiff claims that being the paymaster it has the right to lodge the Form N. The plaintiff is appealing against the said decisions.
