Introduction
[1] The accused is charged with the offence of trafficking in dangerous drugs under s 39B(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 , to wit, of 736.6 grammes of Methamphetamine. The charge against the accused reads as follows:
"Bahawa kamu pada 4 December 2015 jam lebih kurang 4:00 petang di kawasan tempat letak kereta bawah tanah, Bangunan E-Gate, Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu, dalam Daerah Timur Laut, dalam Negeri Pulau Pinang, telah memperedarkan dadah berbahaya, iaitu Methamphetamine seberat 736.6 gram dan oleh itu kami telah melakukan satu kesalahan di bawah s 39B(1)(a
