1. Introduction

[1] This is an Originating Summons (encl 1) to set aside an adjudication Decision dated 8 July 2019 delivered by Tan Min Lee ("the adjudicator") pursuant to s 15(d) Construction Industry Payment And Adjudication Act 2012 and O 1A and O 92 r 4 Rules of Courts 2012.

[3] On the 17 April 2012, the Public Works Department (known as Jabatan Kerja Raya-JKR in Malay) entered into a contract on behalf of the Government of Malaysia with Kelisa Murni Sdn Bhd (the Defendant) for the construction of a project described as "Pembinaan Bangunan Ibu Pejabat Lembaga Pelabuhan Johor at Pasir Gudang, Johor" (The Contract).
