[1] Enclosure 20 is an appeal of the Appellant/Defendant ('the Defendant') against the decision of the learned Senior Assistant Registrar ('SAR') given on 20 September 2013 ('SAR's Order of 20 September 2013') that the Defendant pay the Respondent/Plaintiff ('the Plaintiff') a sum of RM8,389,068.12 within 30 days from the date of the Order with cost of RM1,000.00.
