[1] This is an application for stay of enforcement of an adjudication decision pending final determination of the dispute in arbitration.

[2] The parties Maju Holdings Sdn Bhd ("MHSB" and Spring Energy Sdn Bhd ("SESB") are similar to that in Originating Summons no. WA-24C- February 2020 and WA-24C-08-01/2020 to set aside and enforce the adjudication decision respectively which were recently heard by me.

[3] The adjudication decision ("Decision") stemmed from dispute and differences that arose between the parties from the sub contract to execute the project known as "Site Clearances, Earthworks and Geotechnical Works (WP200), Drainage Works and Vehicular Box Culverts (WP300) and Reinforced Soil Wall (WP400) for Proposed Lebuhraya Putrajaya to KLIA (MEX ll) - Commencing from Putrajaya Interchange and Terminating at KLIA".

[4] I have on 17 June 2020 heard the setting aside application and the enforcement application together and have thereafter dismissed the former and allowed the latter respectively.

[5] Consequently, MHSB moved this application that was instituted on 18 February 2020 to stay the Decision ("Application") pending resolution
