JUDGMENT

[1] The parties to this suit have filed the following applications:-

(i) Enclosure 13 - Plaintiff's Application for Discovery under O 24 r 3 of the Rules of 2012;

(ii) Enclosure 15 - Defendants' Application for Bifurcation of the trial under O 33 r 2 of the Rules of 2012 or under O 34 r 1(b) of the Rules of ;

(iii) Enclosure 26 - Defendants' Application for Discovery under O 24 r 3 of the Rules of 2012

[2] I have considered the affidavits and submissions filed by parties. I have also heard counsels appearing for the Plaintiff and the Defendants on 27 April 2021. After carefully considering the applications referred to above, I decided as follows:-

(i) Enclosure 13 - Plaintiff's Application for Discovery under O 24 r 3 of the Rules of 2012;
