[1] The Plaintiff had supplied electricity to Defendant's factory which was producing ice at an address stated as PTD 140216 (MSB-1) and PTD 140216-1 (MSB-2), Jalan Berjaya 8/1, Taman Perindustrian Berjaya, Jalan Kempas Lama, Johor Bahru, where there were 2 separate main switch board account numbers for MSB-1 and MSB-2. Both meters were housed in the same meter room.
