[1] On 9 July 2015, the applicant filed this application, encl (13), pursuant to O 20, rule 11 of the Rules of 2012 ("RC 2012") for leave to amend the "List of Assets" in the grant of probate dated 14 July 2003 that was issued on 21 August 2003 to the applicant in her capacity as the Executrix of the estate of her late husband, namely, CHIANG LAN CHAI @ CHEONG YAT LUEN (NRIC No: 410413-10-5321) who passed away on 7 November 2001 ("the deceased").

[2] The amendment sought is for the insertion of the description of the strata title ie "HS (D) PN (WP) 27007, M1/3/35, Mukim Petaling, Wilayah Persekutuan", that was issued on 26 February 2008 by the Land Office of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur ("the Land Office"), under the Strata Titles Act 1985, to a developer, namely, Connaught Housing Development ("the developer"), for a real property in the "List of Assets" ("the real property").
