Introduction

[1] The Interveners filed an application to intervene as interveners and to stay the present proceeding pending the disposal of an Originating Summons ("OS") No BA-24NCVC-972-07/2019, which was filed for a declaration that the assets that were partly registered under the Petitioner Husband's name are actually theirs and other prayers.

[2] The relevant cause papers and written submissions, are as follows:

(a) Enclosure 102: Notice of Application for Stay of Proceeding dated 29 August 2019.

(b) Enclosure 103: The Intervener's affidavit in support affirmed by Sai Yee @ Sia Say Yee on 29 August 2019.

(c) Enclosure: The Respondent Wife's affidavit in reply affirmed by Ong Wei Wei on 18 September 2019.

(d) Enclosure: The Petitioner Husband's affidavit in reply affirmed by Mark Sia Eng Joo on 30 September 2019.

(e) Enclosure 103: The Intervener's further affidavit affirmed by Sai Yee @ Sia Say Yee on 2 October 2019.
