Introduction

[1] Enclosure 1 dated 20 November 2019 is the Applicant's application on the part of Datuk Radzali Bin Hassan pursuant to O 38 r 2(2) and O 38 r 13(1) of the Rules of and/or O 92 r 4 of the Rules of 2012 and/or the inherent jurisdiction of this Honourable Court for the following orders:

(i) that Hoe Min (I/C No: 501217-05-5295) and Mohamad Adam Bin Zakria (I/C No: 900606-02-5119) be ordered to attend before the Judge on the day (s) and time (s) as determined by this Honourable Court for cross examination on the following the affidavit (s):

(ii) Hoe Min - Affidavit titled "Afidavit Jawapan Pempetisyen 5" affirmed on 29 October 2019 in Shah Alam High Court Post Companies Winding Up No: BA-28PW-137-05 /2019 and Audited Accounts of the Petitioner from 1992 to 2009; and

(iii) Mohamad Adam Bin Zakria - Affidavit titled "Afidavit Jawapan Pempetisyen 6" affirmed on 29 October 2019 in Shah Alam High Court Post Companies Winding Up No: BA -28PW-137-05/2019 and such other affidavits that may be filed hereafter;

[2] That the Hoe Min and Mohamad Adam Bin Zakria and herein be ordered to produce the originals of the above documents.
