[1] This Court decided on 2 March 2023 to allow the Originating Summons ("the OS") in this case filed by the Applicant with costs. Hence, the Respondent filed a Notice of Appeal against the Court's decision on 23 March 2023. The prayers in the OS sought for the following orders from the Court:
