[1] The Liquidators, of Tenaga Gagah Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation) ('the Respondent Company'), Ler Cheng Chye and Lum Tuck Cheong have appealed against the Order of the Court made on 3 December 2014 dismissing the Liquidator's application with no order as to costs.
[2] The Liquidator's application dated 26 August 2014 (Encl 25) made pursuant to s 237(3) of the Companies Act 1965 is for the following prayers:
"1. That leave was required by Saik Siw Lai, Chang Chiong Hwa, Chung Mei Ping, Faridah Hanum Binti Mohd Yusoff, Tam Mee Foong, Lim Su Hua and Lai Min Wang under s 226(3) of the Companies Act 1965 to proceed on 8 August 2014 with Kuala Lumpur High Court Companies (Winding Up) No 28NCC-352-04/2014 as at that date a Winding Up Order against the Respondent has been made on 31 July 2014.
2. That this Honourable Court had no jurisdiction to make an order on 8 August 2014 to wind up the Respondent in Kuala Lumpur High Court Com
