[1] Three enclosures were heard before this Court on 28 November 2018:
i. Enclosure 80 is the Plaintiffs ex-parte application for injunction and other reliefs against the 2nd to the 5th Defendants upon various terms set out in the application;
ii. Enclosure 93 is the 5th Defendants application pursuant to O 32 r 6 and/or O 45 r 11 and/or O 92 r 4 of the Rules of 2012 (" ROC ") to discharge and set aside the ex-parte order ("ex-parte order") granted by this Court dated 24 October 2018; and
iii. Enclosure 98 is the 2nd to the 4th Defendants application pursuant to O 29 r 1 (2A) and/or O 32 r 6 and/or O 42 r 13 ROC to set aside the ex-parte order and further other reliefs.
[2] This Court granted order in terms of encls 93 and 98 on 28 November 2018. On the same date encl 80 was dismissed and the ex-parte order against the 2nd to 5th Defendants were discharged and set aside. The reasons no
