Background

[1] In this case the Plaintiff is seeking for:-

i) an order that Property held under Geran H.S (D) 11993 PT No. 990, Mukim Ampang, Daerah Kuala Lumpur at No. 12, Jalan Pertiwi, Taman Maluri, Cheras, 55100, Kuala Lumpur be sold through a private agreement or a public auction;

ii) an order that Property held Geran PM 110 Lot 2751, Mukim Ampang, Daerah Kuala Lumpur at No. 116, Lorong 6, Kg. Pandan, 55100, Kuala Lumpur be sold through a private agreement or a public auction;

iii) avaluer to be appointed to prepare the valuation of Property 1 and Property 2;

iv) that the Plaintiff be given an opportunity to purchase Property 1 and 2;

v) 3rd, 4th and 5th Defendant to be ordered to give full and frank statement of rentals collected by them on 1st and 2nd Property;
