This case was amicably settled after mediation before the assistant registrar, En. Mohd Jaafar bin Ishak. By consent, the company shall pay the claimant RM22,000 as compensation for loss of employment and in full and final settlement of the case with no further or subsequent claims against each other. This amount is to be paid directly to the claimant within two weeks.
