AWARD

On 5 August 1992 the Honourable Minister for Human Resources made a reference to the Industrial Court for adjudication over the Claimant's dismissal.

Form A was issued by the Registrar of the Industrial Court to both parties on 1 October 1992. The Company, London School of Transplant Sdn. Bhd. subsequently filed Form B, indicating that they had retained Messrs Paul Chong & Kraal, Advocates & Solicitors to represent them.

The Registrar then issued Notice of Hearing in Form G and fixed 11 and 12 August 1993 for hearing.

On 28 April 1993 the solicitors of the Company wrote to the Court discharging themselves after filing a Statement in Reply dated 27 November 1992 on behalf of the Company.

The only address of the Company now known to the Claimant was a Singapore address. On 16 June 1993 the Registrar wrote to the Company at its Singapore address. The A.R. Registered Letter of the Court was returned with the remark "Gone Away" and could not be served.

The Company's office at Tingkat 4, Bangunan DNP, 152, Jalan &ang, Kuala Lumpur was burnt down quite sometime ago. It appears that the Company is now without a registered address in Malaysia.
