[2] Rayuan ini dibuat oleh Pendakwa Raya yang tidak berpuas hati terhadap keputusan YA Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya di Ipoh, Perak yang telah membenarkan rayuan responden terhadap sabitan dan hukuman oleh Mahkamah Majistret Ipoh, Perak dan memerintahkan responden dilepaskan dan dibebaskan.
