[1] The parties to the dispute are Suhaimi Bin Mohd Nor ("the Claimant") and Malaysian Airline System Berhad ("the Company"). The dispute is over the dismissal of the Claimant by the Company on 30 October 2007 and was referred to the Industrial Court by the Honourable Minister of Human Resources vide his reference dated 8 April 2009 which was received by this Court on 11 May 2009.
