[1] This is a reference dated 19 June 2023 made by the Director General of Human Resources pursuant to subsection 20(3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177] arising out of the dismissal of Goh Boon Hooi ("the Claimant") by Trive International Consultancy Sdn Bhd substituted from Fairmarkets International Marketing Sdn Bhd pursuant to [[2023] MELRU 2204] Award No 2204 of 2023 ("the Company") on 23 December 2022.
Brief Facts
[2] The Claimant joined the Company on 9 August 2021 via a letter dated 8 July 2021. The Claimant was appointed as Key Account Manager with a starting salary of RM12,000.00 and additional RM300.00 allowances. The Claimant was subsequently redesignated as Business Development Manager somewhere during her tenure.
