AWARD

This was a reference by the Honourable Minister of Human Resources pursuant to s. 20(3). Industrial Relations Act 1967 arising out of the dismissal of Encik Abu Bakar b. Rajudin (hereinafter referred to as "the claimant") by Yayasan Pembangunan Iktisad Islam Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as "the opposing party") on 13 July 1997.

The opposing party filed a notice of application dated 21 October 2004 for an order that this case be consolidated with case 14/4-1015/2002.

Counsel for the claimant had no objections to the application.

This case was consolidated with case 14/4-1015/2002. The case was transferred to Court 14.
