Introduction

[1] This is an appeal by the appellant, Global Indian Education Sdn Bhd (the defendant in the High Court) against the decision of the High Court at Kuala Lumpur whereby the learned judge had allowed the respondent's (the plaintiff in the High Court) application under O 14A and entered judgment for the plaintiff accordingly on the following terms:

"i) Perjanjian Penyewaan Kedua bertarikh 20 Februari 2009 telah ditamatkan secara sah oleh plaintif;

ii) Defendan adalah bertanggungjawab untuk meninggalkan dan menyerahkan milikan kosong Hartanah berikut kepada plaintif pada 9 Mei 2013:

a) GRN 4530 Lot 219 Seksyen 0095;

b) GRN 4531 Lot 219 Seksyen 0095;
