[1] This is a ministerial reference pursuant to s 20(3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 concerning the dismissal of Ho Kong Fatt and 4 Others (the Claimants) by Global TS Sdn Bhd (the Company) on 1 September 2013.
[2] On 17 November 2015, Mr AM Dali Ravindran from Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC), representative for the Claimants applied for these cases; Case No 11/4-1133/15; 3/4-970/15 and 19/4-1015/15 to be consolidated. Mr Halim Shah Ali Officer from Jabatan Insolvensi, Malaysia informed the Court that he has no objection to the said application.
[3] In the circumstances the Court ordered these cases; Case No 11/4- 1133/15; 3/4-970/15 and 19/4-1015/15, be consolidated with case 12/4- 624/15.
