[1] Rayuan ini dibawa oleh perayu yang terkilan dengan keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi di Kota Bharu yang menolak tuntutan perayu terhadap ketiga-tiga responden dan membenarkan sebahagian daripada tuntutan balas responden ketiga.
