[1] Enclosure 13 is the application of the BSA International Berhad (In liquidation) (the applicant) for the following orders:

(a) That the decision made on the 19 November 2012 by Mr Ong Kong Lai and Mr Wong Cham Mew, the liquidators of the respondent, in rejecting the whole claim made by BSA International Berhad (In liquidation) (Company No 504585-W) vide Proof of Debt dated 8 February 2011 for a sum of RM149,616,363.67 be reversed;

(b) That Mr Ong Kong Lai and Mr Wong Cham Mew, the liquidators of the respondent, be ordered to admit the whole claim of BSA International Berhad (In liquidation) (Company No 504585-W) in the sum of RM149,616,363.67;

(c) Alternatively, that Mr Ong Kong Lai and Mr Wong Cham Mew, the liquidators of the respondent, be ordered to reject the claim of BSA International Berhad (In liquidation) (Company No 504585-W) to the extent of RM3,696,100.80 and to admit the remainder of the claim by BSA International Berhad (In liquidation) (Company No 504585-W) in the sum of RM145,920,263.00.
